Discover Cala Granadella from the Sea

If there is one place that truly deserves to be explored by kayak, it is Cala Granadella. Its crystal-clear waters, dramatic cliffs and hidden sea caves make this corner of Jávea one of the most spectacular locations on the Costa Blanca.

Accompanied by our qualified guides, you’ll paddle through some of the area’s most iconic spots, navigate past impressive rock formations and enjoy an unforgettable experience that reveals the coastline from a completely different perspective.

No previous kayaking experience is required. Before setting off, we’ll provide a short safety briefing to explain the basics of kayaking, go through the safety procedures and answer any questions, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the adventure.

The Cala Granadella Kayak Tour Route

The adventure begins at Cala Granadella, where we’ll paddle towards Morro del Pino and the small Cala en Caló, a secluded cove surrounded by towering cliffs that can only be reached from the sea.

One of the highlights of the tour is the visit to the Llop Marí Sea Cave, an impressive marine cave named after the Mediterranean monk seal, traditionally known along the Mediterranean coast as the llop marí. Whenever sea conditions allow, we’ll enter the cave to discover one of the most remarkable natural landmarks on the Jávea coastline.

During the tour, we’ll also stop for a snorkelling session, giving you the chance to explore the extraordinary clarity and marine life of these waters. We then continue towards Descubridor Island, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Punta del Ambolo Watchtower and the nearby Cala Ambolo, before returning to the starting point.

A Great Experience for Couples, Friends and Families

This tour is suitable for anyone with a basic level of fitness, even if you’ve never been kayaking before. It’s the perfect activity for couples, groups of friends and families looking to combine adventure, nature and fun.

We use stable self-draining double kayaks, making the experience comfortable and easy for both beginners and more experienced paddlers.

Throughout the tour, you’ll be accompanied by qualified Alicante Aventura guides, who will ensure the group’s safety while sharing interesting facts about the coastline and its natural surroundings. We also keep our groups small, allowing us to provide a more personal experience, adapt to the pace of each group and help you enjoy the beauty of the Costa Blanca in a relaxed atmosphere.
