If the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded, less cancellation fees (10%). If the booking is cancelled later, the amount paid as compensation will not be refunded.
In the event of bad weather conditions, a change of charter date may be requested.
Sea wind will decide if these adverse conditions make safe sailing impossible. Sea Wind studies the weather forecasts every day and their updates, which are uncertain and changeable. If Sea Wind decides that it is not safe to go sailing, the option will be given to change the booking to a different day depending on availability.
If, due to breakdowns or any other cause beyond Sea Wind’s control that occurred prior to the start of the charter, it is not possible to deliver the rented boat, a boat of the same or similar characteristics will be delivered, charging or paying the price differences, provided that the client agrees.
If this is not possible, and at the customer’s choice, an alternative day will be offered or the full price paid up to that moment for the rental will be refunded, without any claim.

Immerse yourself in a unique experience on the coast of Jávea.
SARDINERA COVE
This small unspoilt cove of gravel and pebbles is located on the northern slope of Cap Prim or Sant Martí.
It is highly valued when we decide to anchor here because of the shelter it offers, as the water is generally the calmest in this cove.
CALA BLANCA
Cala Blanca is known for its picturesque setting, with crystal clear turquoise waters, white rock cliffs and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
The cove is protected from the wind and waves when the wind comes from the south, making it an ideal place to anchor and enjoy the tranquillity of the sea.
BARRACA COVE / PORTITXOL
The Barraca cove is one of the coastal enclaves with the most personality, not only in Jávea, but also in the whole of Jávea.
Jávea, but of the whole Valencian Community.Opposite the cove is Portitxol Island, of great botanical and archaeological interest.
Due to its exposure to the sea, it will depend on the sea conditions to be able to anchor with a buoy and enjoy its unprecedented underwater charm.
BLACK CAPE
This is the cape located to the south of the island of Portitxol.
It is called Negro (black) because of the colour of the rocks, which have an intense dark tone. It can only be reached by boat.
The waters here have a very special colour and there are anchoring buoys.
AMBOLO COVE
Virgin cove with crystalline waters, very beautiful to sail along the coast and appreciate its attraction. At the end of this cove, we will find the island of the discoverer where we can surround it and appreciate a totally natural environment.
LA GRANADELLA
This spectacular cove has a SE orientation and is close to the Illa del Descobridor, providing shelter if the wind comes from the North.
Here we will find a white sandy bottom which gives a turquoise colour to the waters that surround it.

Man overboard
It shall be compulsory to carry the “Man overboard” safety system at all times when the engine is running, which will switch off the engine in the event of the skipper falling overboard.
Starting and navigation.
To start the engine, in addition to having the “man overboard” in position, the throttle control must be in neutral, otherwise, for safety reasons, it will not start.
To switch from forward gear to reverse, the throttle must be in neutral for a few seconds.
During navigation, crew members should be positioned in such a way that the weight is balanced, giving an extra point of weight at the stern (rear).
Distance limit and buoys.
The distance limit with the SATURNO, NEPTUNO or JUPITER (basic navigation licence) is from Cape San Antonio to Granadella cove. In the URANO boat (without licence) the limit will be from Cape San Antonio to Cape San Martin (Bay of Jávea).
The yellow dots in the image are places where we will find anchoring buoys where we can moor safely.
At the yellow buoys with the sign “MAXIMUM LENGTH 15m” we can anchor as long as they are free, the orange buoys are for preferential use by diving companies even if you moor yourself first.
Specific rules of the area.
It is strictly forbidden to pass between an island and land.
Delimitation between PORTIXOL ISLAND and land
Delimitation between DISCOVERY ISLAND and land:
Shallow draft zone between Portixol and Cabo Negro, triple the distance from the coast.
Importance of the engine at sea.
The engine is the only element of the boat that can move us avoiding drifting, so when we decide to change place, before releasing the line where we are moored, we will first start the engine, because if there is a failure, we have the gear on accidentally or the man overboard disconnected, it will not start, leaving the boat drifting and creating a stressful situation.
Considerations when bathing.
When anchoring and enjoying the sea, it is important to take into account the responsibility of never leaving the boat without a crew member on board or very close to it.
Remember that once you have finished bathing and before setting off again, you must pick up your sclera, thus avoiding possible breakage of the same by hanging down.
Remember to comply with the rules described and to respect the posidonia.
See you on board.

The deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the rental.CANCELLATION DUE TO SEA CONDITIONS
