A perfect canyon for those who like abseiling, as there are several short ones and some very interesting ones!

The Soler Canyon is located very close to the city of Alcoy. The easiest way to get there is to take the A-7 motorway to the village itself and then take the CV-796 road to the beginning of the canyon itself.

Very close is the Natural Park of the Sierra De Mariola, so you can take advantage of the day to make the canyon and have a day surrounded by nature making a hiking route through the park itself and its different viewpoints.

What Is The
Soler Canyon Like?

It is a dry canyon of limestone rock that does not have too much difficulty, so both young and adults will be able to do it. The canyon is quite open and offers a very good view of Alcoy, but from the third rappel it canyons. Its route is about 290 meters and will end up going down 170 meters. The rapids you will find will be between 6 and 27 meters.

Just the last rappel is the longest but at the same time it offers magnificent views of the bridge of Uxola. It has several decrepes, traps, narrow route, which will offer a dynamic and very entertaining route. During the rainy season, several puddles can be filled with water, so you have to be careful with them when walking.
