Via Ferrata of Fuente de Godalla in Enguera, with one of the most impressive zip lines in Valencia and the second longest bridge in Spain!

If you have already dared to take some other ferrata of less difficulty, such as Villena or the family section of Redovan, you will find that Fuente of Godalla will raise the level a little more. The great attraction, the zip line, will not leave you indifferent both before and after you go through it.

When we talk about the Via Ferrata of Fuente De Godalla, we cannot help but smile when commenting on the zip line that has been installed. It crosses the ravine in a journey of no more than 70 meters. But not only that, but it is quite a fun challenge throughout its journey.

Location of the Via Ferrata of Fuente De Godalla:

It is located in the town of Enguera, quite close to Xátiva. The best way to get there is to take the A-35 motorway to Montesa and then take the road towards Enguera.

To make the most of the day, nearby are the remains of both the castle of Montesa and the castle of Enguera. You can also climb to El Piquet, enjoying spectacular views of both the nearby towns and almost the entire province.

The Via Ferrata of Fuente De Godalla:

It has a difficulty of K3, so it is perfect for those who have already started on this type of cruises and are looking for something more challenging. It is not very difficult to travel, but without a doubt it will test you and prepare you for more complicated ferratas routes.

To begin, and once you reach the beginning of the Via Ferrata Fuente De Godalla, you will climb up a stone wall through iron staples. This will be a perfect warm-up for the next challenge, a flanking that will make you work all the muscles in your arms.

After another vertical climb, we reach the king obstacle of this itinerary: the zip line. It is 70 meters where you will feel free like a bird. Now, if you are too scared, you have the alternative of doing a 25 meter rappel and bypass it.

Once over the zip line, there are more side pass areas, a very simple board bridge and a couple of short rapids to finish. It’s not a long via ferrata, so in less than you can imagine you’ll be over it. That’s right, you’ll get a spectacular experience.
