Would you like to enjoy the best adventure activities this Easter? At Alicante Aventura we already have our sights set on this holiday period, preparing everything for all those brave people looking for an experience that is as daring as it is fun.

That’s why we make it easy for you to plan your activities for Easter and we offer you an interesting repertoire to choose from. In both Alicante and Valencia you can find adventures for all tastes and ages.

Adventure activities in Torrevieja and the Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is a great place to visit during Easter. The good weather makes outdoor activities very pleasant and there is a wide range of accommodation, leisure and restaurants.

Very close to Torrevieja there are a couple of via ferratas that you can’t miss. The via ferrata of Callosa de Segura is fantastic for families and adventurers with no experience in this type of route, as the itinerary is as enjoyable as it is fun. You will cross from walls with clamps to a wide variety of hanging bridges.

The via ferrata in Redován is also a very good option for enjoying an adventure activity at Easter.

It has a simpler section and a more sporty section, with a varied repertoire of obstacles: suspension bridges, ascent by means of steel clamps anchored to the wall and the fun hinge passage.

Active tourism activities in Villajoyosa and Marina Baixa

For those who opt for a short break in Villajoyosa, in the Marina Baixa region, our proposals are somewhat more diverse. It is normal, we know this area like the back of our hand.

Kayak trips are essential if the weather is good. Discovering the fantastic cliffs of Morro de Toix in Altea, the best coves of Villajoyosa by kayak and other marine landmarks of the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea in these boats becomes a pleasant trip for the whole family.

And if you combine it with coasteering, it makes for a very complete morning.

Just half an hour’s drive from Villajoyosa is the via ferrata of Ponoig.

Climbing this rock massif has its rewards, as after all the effort you will have some of the best views in this corner of Alicante. And to descend, there are some fun 30 and 35 metre abseils.

And for those who prefer water canyoning, further into the region there is also the Estret de les Penyes canyon in Bolulla and the Mela canyon in Abdet.

Both have easy descents and allow you to become familiar with abseiling techniques, being very interesting for those who are looking for an exciting experience in the Marina Baixa.

Adventure activities in Dénia and Marina Alta

North of Villajoyosa there are also many adventure activities for this Easter. In the Marina Alta region you will find natural spaces and spots that are well worth a visit.

Jumping back into the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the Tallada Cave kayak trip combines the pleasant exercise of paddling with a visit to a historic cave in the area. We will leave the kayaks aside to do some caving and discover the history behind this place.

Not far away also in Jávea is the kayak trip to the Granadella cove, where we will discover several coves, the Isla del Descubridor and the Cova del Llop Marí. We will also stop at a fantastic place for snorkelling.

Fancy getting to know the bowels of the Earth? Then the Cova Fosca ravine in Ondara is your chance to discover it.

Located in the Sierra de Segaria, we will enter the different rooms of the cave through simple rappels, enjoying an experience where we will be fascinated by the stalactites and stalagmites of the place.

The Inferno canyon is another fantastic option to enjoy canyoning in all its splendour. This dry canyon is tortuous, canyoning and with many abseils. Its white stone walls reflect the light, offering an impressive spectacle as you descend.

Active tourism activities in La Canal de Navarrés

The region of La Canal de Navarrés is one of the rural jewels of Valencia. We enjoy a lot in this area, with beautiful natural landscapes and a large number of places to practice the best adventure activities for this Easter.

The via ferrata in Enguera, the capital of Canal de Navarrés, has two attractions that make it worth doing. Firstly, one of the longest suspension bridges in Spain; and secondly, an absolutely amazing 70-metre zip line that will make you feel like a bird.

If you prefer something for the whole family, the Gorgo de la Escalera ravine is very easy and fun at the same time. It has very easy descents, several pools of water where you can swim and an optional abseil to practise your technique. Nearby there is an area where you can spend the day, have a picnic and enjoy the natural surroundings.

And for those who are looking for a bit of everything, the perfect combination is to be found in the Castellet ravine and the Via Ferrata del Chorrico. Located in the Tous reservoir, these are two adventure activities for Easter that are varied, fun and offer breathtaking views of the reservoir.
